The fitness center is located on the 2nd floor of the martial arts palace, with a total area of ​​2,567.9 m2.

The infrastructure of the fitness center includes:

• Gym with modern TechnoGym equipment, cardio and strength zones, area of ​​525.9 m2;
• Two swimming pools (large and small);
• 2 types of sauna: Finnish sauna and Hammam separately in the men's and women's locker rooms;
• Adult and children's locker rooms;

• Halls for group classes.

All training programs are conducted with experienced fitness instructors both individually and in a group.

Pools with a total area of ​​221.6 m2:

• Large pool: 25 mx 9 m, shallow point depth - 1.2 m, deep point - 1.8 m, 4 lanes, temperature 27-28 °;
• Children's pool: depth 1.4 m, temperature 32°.

The pools have all the necessary equipment and devices for swimming.

Every Monday, the fitness center is closed for a health day.
