These Rules are established with the aim of creating the safest and most comfortable conditions for persons visiting the fitness center of the Martial Arts Palace named after. Zh. Ushkempirova “JJ Fitness” RGKP “Olympic Training Center for Wrestling in Astana” (hereinafter referred to as the Fitness Center), for effective training and achieving positive sports and health results.
These Rules govern the relationship between an individual (hereinafter referred to as the Visitor) and the Fitness Center and are mandatory for all persons located on the territory of the Fitness Center. Before purchasing a subscription card and concluding an agreement for the provision of paid services, the Visitor should carefully read these Rules and other decisions of the Fitness Center administration. Visiting rules are posted on the information board at the Fitness Center reception.
Visitors and staff of the Fitness Center are obliged to strictly follow these Rules and Safety Rules, maintain cleanliness, public order, be mutually polite, and treat the equipment with care.
Fitness center services are provided on the basis of an agreement concluded between the administration of the Fitness center and the Visitor, or on a one-time visit subscription card. The service package, according to the approved price list, includes several types of subscription cards, which have their own conditions and validity periods.
The fitness center is equipped with a gym, swimming pools for adults and children, two types of saunas (Finnish sauna and hammam). The list of services includes: access to the gym, swimming pool, sauna, use of locker rooms, showers, lockers, orientation in the gym and swimming pool.
Personal training with an instructor, attending individual or group classes, as well as other additional services are paid.
If necessary, the administration of the Fitness Center may make changes and additions to these Rules.
Season tickets are sold to persons over 14 years of age.

Note:
Every Monday the fitness center is closed for a sanitary day.
Time limit: last visit to the fitness center until 21:00.
The duration of all types of Fitness center services is up to 3 (three) hours per 1 (one) visit.
The subscription cannot be transferred to third parties. Guest visits are only possible together with the owner of the subscription.
Suspension (freezing) of the validity of Gold and Platinum subscription cards is possible upon the application of the Visitor addressed to the director of the Fitness center. The maximum period of suspension (freezing) of the validity of these subscription cards is up to 30 calendar days. Bronze and Silver subscription cards are not subject to suspension (freezing).
With one adult, no more than 2 children under the age of 7 years are allowed to visit free of charge.
All types of subscription cards cannot be renewed.
If the Visitor decides not to use a valid subscription card, then funds for missed days on this card will not be returned.
Training and sports classes end 30 minutes before the Fitness Center closes. Visitors are required to leave the premises no later than the established time (22:30).
The Fitness Center administration has the right to terminate the provision of services partially or completely.

4. Rules for visiting the Fitness center
To visit the Fitness Center, the Visitor has the right to purchase services using a subscription card according to the approved price list. The subscription card serves as a pass presented to the Administrator upon entering the Fitness Center. If you do not have a subscription, you must have an identification document with you. The key to the locker in the locker room is issued in exchange for a season card after registration.
The visitor bears personal responsibility for the state of his health, therefore he must immediately notify the Fitness center staff of any cases of deterioration in health during his stay in the Fitness center, as well as notify in advance of any restrictions on physical education and sports.
Their parents or accompanying persons bear personal responsibility for the life, safety and health of children visiting the Fitness Center.
The visitor should observe general standards of hygiene and aesthetics of the body, take a shower before visiting the pool and after the sauna, wear sportswear during exercise in the gym and, if necessary, use a towel.
Towels are issued to holders of subscription cards and for single visits at the reception 1 (one) time per visit.
Exercising in the gym and swimming pool while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or in the presence of a residual state of alcoholic intoxication is strictly prohibited.
Used water glasses must be thrown into the trash bin; glasses should not be left on the water dispenser, on a table, on a bench, etc.
Before leaving the Fitness Center, the Visitor must hand over the key to the locker to the administrator, and put the towels in specially designated boxes next to the reception.
If you find forgotten items, you should contact the administrator. The storage period for lost items is 7 days.
The Administration is not responsible for lost items.
The visitor bears financial responsibility for damage and damage to property owned by the Fitness Center. For damage caused, deterioration, damage and loss of Fitness Center property, payment is charged according to the price list below:
1) damage to a robe – 15,000 tenge;
2) damage to a bath towel – 10,000 tenge;
3) damage to a small towel – 5,000 tenge;
4) damage and loss of the key to the cabinet – 5,000 tenge;
5) loss of a wardrobe number – 2,000 tenge.
The Fitness Center administration reserves the right to suspend (terminate) the validity of the subscription card until full compensation for the damage caused.
Children under 7 years old are not provided with towels.
The visitor is required to undergo introductory training before the start of training. During the introductory briefing, the instructor will introduce you to the basics of training, safety rules, gym equipment, basic rules for using exercise equipment, and explain the technique of performing exercises and their sequence.
When providing gym services, the Fitness Center is guided by the fact that the Visitor has no contraindications to physical education and sports. If the Visitor violates the instructions for the correct use of exercise equipment, the Fitness Center is not responsible for possible harm to health.
Visitors are encouraged to use the equipment, select the intensity and duration of exercise based on their level of fitness, and follow the operating instructions.
To exercise in the gym, you must wear comfortable sportswear that does not restrict your body movements and sports shoes (T-shirts, sports pants, shorts, sneakers).
It is necessary to observe the rules of personal hygiene and do not use strong perfume odors.
You are not allowed to bring bags or valuables into the gym, for the safety of which the Fitness Center is not responsible.
It is recommended to start classes with a warm-up, monitor the correct technique for performing exercises and use sports equipment in accordance with its intended purpose.
It is forbidden to train barefoot, wearing socks, beach slippers, or house slippers.
After finishing the exercise, you must return the sports equipment to a specially designated place.
Exercises in the gym that involve the use of maximum weight must be performed only under the supervision of a Fitness Center instructor. It is PROHIBITED to lift the barbell without using locks.
The conditions and procedure for personal training are determined by the Administration and can only be conducted by a Fitness Center instructor. Registration for training is made by the Administrators.
If the Visitor is late for personal training, its duration is reduced by the same period of time. Cancellation or postponement of personal training while maintaining payment is possible if you inform the instructor at least 1 (one) day before it starts.
There are no refunds for unused workouts.
The following is prohibited in the gym:
1) train for unhealed injuries and general malaise;
2) wear high-heeled shoes, spiked shoes, bare feet, open shoes (slippers, flip-flops), Czech shoes;
3) practice with a naked torso;
4) working on faulty simulators;
5) place bottles of water on exercise equipment connected to the mains;
6) move exercise equipment;
7) independently regulate the air conditioning and ventilation system of the hall, the broadcast volume and the selection of musical accompaniment.
It is recommended to remove items that pose a danger when exercising in the gym (watches, large earrings, etc.), and remove sharp objects from your pockets.
Before visiting the pool it is recommended:
1) observe a time interval of at least 1.5 (one and a half) hours before entering the pools and the last meal for comfortable swimming;
2) before entering the pools, take a shower, wash off cosmetics, creams, if any, on the skin, remove plasters, bandages;
3) do a short warm-up to warm up the whole body, increase muscle elasticity and quickly adapt the body to lower temperatures.
The visitor must provide an epidemiological certificate. environment U (027) form.
The visitor must bring a rubber cap, a swimsuit and shoes (flip-flops).
After visiting the saunas, be sure to take a shower and follow the rules of sanitation and hygiene in the pool and sauna area.
If the Visitor does not have swimming skills, then it is necessary to notify the swimming instructor.
Visitors to group lessons are only allowed to enter the pool if accompanied by a swimming instructor. For safety reasons, children under 16 years of age are provided with assistive devices (noodles).
There are no refunds for unused workouts.
The following is prohibited in the pool:
1) run, pollute the water, jump into the water from the side;
2) be in the water (pool) without a swimming cap;
3) use cosmetics and breakable objects in the swimming pools and saunas;
4) bring and consume food and drinks;
5) enter with a baby stroller;
6) conduct personal training with other visitors to the Fitness Center;
7) leave a child under 14 years of age without the supervision of parents or an accompanying person;
8) enter the pool without taking a shower;
9) turn on and off lighting, floor scales, dispensers, etc.;
10) open and close windows using special electrical switches;
11) the use of electrical outlets is strictly prohibited;
12) move objects (chaise lounge, dispenser, etc.).
The administration reserves the right to suspend (terminate) the validity of the subscription card for violating the rules.
Recommendations for visiting the sauna:
Safety regulations must be strictly followed in the sauna. The maximum temperature in the sauna reaches 90-100C and electric fireplaces are in working order from 07:00 to 22:30. The visitor is responsible for his or her health while visiting the sauna.
The sauna should be visited in a bathing suit, if necessary, use a towel and a hat, enter 2-3 times for 8-12 minutes and rest between visits for at least 3-5 minutes. When you first enter, it is recommended to stay no more than 5 minutes. After a second stay in the sauna and cooling down for a short time, you can optionally experience the effects of lower temperatures (cold shower).
Visiting the sauna is contraindicated if:
1) high or low blood pressure;
2) heart disease;
3) severe kidney damage, damage to the nervous system;
4) acute, chronic diseases, with elevated body temperature;
5) skin and venereal diseases.
The following is prohibited in the sauna:
1) use brooms, washcloths, masks, scrubs, other cosmetics and other attributes;
2) exfoliate the body and face;
3) dry clothes, towels and leave behind any things and objects;
4) carry out actions to turn on, turn off and regulate modes on panels and electrical panels of electrical equipment of saunas and steam generators;
5) pour water on electric stoves - heaters. In this case, the Visitor exposes himself to dangers such as thermal burns, electric shock and at the same time damaging the electric fireplace heaters. These actions will be assessed as damage to the property of the Fitness center and will be subject to a fine.
7. Visiting the Fitness center by minors (children)
Parents and accompanying persons bear full responsibility for the safety of the child (children) in the Fitness Center, in particular in the swimming pools and saunas.
Children under 14 years of age are prohibited from visiting the fitness center unless accompanied by an adult.
Children under 14 years of age are strictly prohibited from entering the gym.
Before visiting the pool and after the sauna you are required to take a shower.
Visiting the pool is permitted only if you have a bathing suit, a swimming cap and special replacement shoes.
No more than 2 children are allowed with one adult Visitor upon presentation of a birth certificate.
Children under 7 years old can visit the Fitness Center free of charge.
Children over 3 years of age, accompanied by an adult, must use lockers according to their gender.
8. Visit to the Fitness center for a preferential category
Entrance for children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by parents.
Visiting hours for large families: Tuesday – Friday from 07:00 to 17:00 (entrance until 15:00).
Visiting hours for disabled people of groups I and II and disabled children under 18 years of age: Tuesday - Friday from 7:00 to 17:00 (entrance until 15:00).
On the territory of the Fitness Center it is strictly prohibited:
1) smoke, be drunk, drink alcohol, drugs and unauthorized medications;
2) bring any type of weapon with you;
3) bring with you and consume food and drinks in fitness areas intended for exercise, on the territory of swimming pools and saunas, recreation areas and locker rooms;
4) independently use musical and other equipment;
5) independently reserve seats in the halls for group classes;
6) conduct independent training with other Fitness Center Visitors;
7) enter the territory intended for official use, unless there is a special invitation;
8) make videos and photographs without agreement with the Administration;
9) speak loudly and aggressively, use profanity;
10) conduct any public actions (distribution of leaflets, visual campaigning, advertising campaigns) not agreed with the Administration.
The administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services or to expel from the territory of the Fitness Center citizens who violate the requirements of these Rules, without returning money for the paid service.
The Fitness Center is not responsible for technical inconveniences caused by city authorities carrying out repairs and seasonal maintenance work.
10. System of benefits and discounts
Children under 7 years old, as well as children (under 18 years old) from large families with supporting documents, visit free of charge.
For disabled people of groups I and II and disabled children under 18 years of age (+ accompanying person), with supporting documents, admission is free.
There are no discounts for personal training with an instructor.
50% discount is provided:
1) children from 7 to 14 years old for a 3-hour single visit to the Fitness center;
2) schoolchildren over 14 years old for all types of subscriptions, with a certificate from the school;
3) full-time students under 23 years of age, with supporting documents;
4) pensioners, with supporting documents (pension certificate).
5) one of the parents of a large family for a one-time visit.
