We are pleased to announce that a swimming section for children and adult is being held in the fitness center “JJ fitness” of the Martial Arts Palace named after Zhaksylyk Ushkempirov.
Swimming is an excellent physical activity that develops strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. It trains almost every muscle group in the body and strengthens the cardiovascular system. Regular swimming helps maintain fitness and control weight. Because swimming is a low-impact physical activity, swimming is safe and recommended for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Swimming lessons are taught by professional and experienced instructors, both individually and in groups. The pool has all the necessary equipment for training.
Enrollment of children starts from the age of 7, and the adult group starts from the age of 16.
Trainings are held in 2 swimming pools:
- Swimming pool 25m x 9m, depth from 1.2m to 1.8m, 4 lanes, water temperature 27-28C;
- Small pool 1.4m deep, temperature 32-33C.
For your convenience, there is a finnish sauna and hammam separately in the men's and women's locker rooms, showers and hair drying rooms.
Every Monday is a sanitary day in the pool (the pool is closed).

- 1 lesson (1 hour) – 3 000 tenge;
- 8 lessons – 23 000 tenge;
- 12 lessons – 28 000 tenge.
Personal trainings for children:
- 1 lesson (1 hour) – 4 000 tenge;
- 8 lessons – 30 000 tenge;
- 12 lessons – 40 000 tenge.
Group classes for adults:
- 1 lesson (1 hour) – 5 000 tenge;
- 8 lessons – 35 000 tenge;
- 12 lessons – 45 000 tenge.
Personal lessons for adults:
- 1 lesson (1 hour) – 6 500 tenge;
- 8 lessons – 50 000 tenge;
- 12 lessons – 65 000 tenge.
