Today, another meeting was held at the Headquarters for Preparation for the Olympic Games.

Members of the Headquarters reported on the progress of preparations for the main competitions of the four years to prominent public figures, veterans of sports and sports journalism.  Among the guests were the President of the World and Kazakhstan Togyzkumalak Federation Alikhan Baimenov, the head of the Republican Federation of Hand-to-Hand Combat Abai Tasbulatov, silver medalist of the 1972 Munich Olympics Viktor Aboimov, Olympic silver medalist Vasily Levit, world champion Merey Akshalov, member of the Headquarters - Olympic champion Serik Sapiyev, and also famous masters of the pen Nesip Zhunusbay, Zhusip Khisymov, Ondasyn Elubay, Kydyrek Rysbek and many others. The participants discussed a number of issues. Headquarters staff provided extensive information and reported on the measures taken.

So far, the Kazakhstan national team has 71 licenses in 22 sports. The qualifying tournaments will last until the end of June.
