An international Greco-Roman wrestling tournament among youth was held in Astana, dedicated to the memory of the glorious wrestler Zh.Ushkempirov.

In total, 164 athletes from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, and Israel took part in the competition in 10 weight categories. The competition lasted 3 days, as a result, the Kazakhstan team won 6 gold, 5 silver, 14 bronze medals and took 1st place in the team event.

The tournament was organized with the support of the Committee for Sports and Physical Culture of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Akimat of Astana and the Federation of Greco-Roman, freestyle and women's wrestling of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
